Product Availability & Special Orders
We do not stock all sizes in-store at all times. Some items may be special order.
Online orders may take 2–12 weeks to arrive, depending on brand availability. If you would like to confirm estimated delivery times before ordering, please email us.
Gift Cards
As of September 1, 2025, only electronic gift cards are accepted.
Shipping
Canada
We ship across Canada. All orders are insured and securely packaged.
United States
As of October 2, 2025, we are no longer able to ship to the United States due to customs and tariff changes.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Please email us to inquire about rates and delivery timelines.
Express Shipping
If you require express or next-day shipping, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
*Once a tracking number has been issued and your order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. At that point, we are no longer liable for delays, damages in transit, or non-delivery.
If you experience any issues with your shipment, while in transit, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking information provided.

Returns & Exchanges
United States Orders
All U.S. orders are FINAL SALE. We are unable to accept returns from U.S. clients due to duties charged on returned items.
Canadian & International Orders

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Returns received without prior approval or outside the 30-day window will not be refunded.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted if the item is unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
