Shipping information & Return Policy

International shipping available! We ship all of our products insured and safely packaged. Please inquire (email@example.com) regarding shipping timelines outside of Canada and the USA. If you require express post, or next day shipping please contact us directly and we can arrange this.
Please allow extra time for us to get your item to you due to the delays at Canada Post. It should only be a couple of extra days as Canada Post is working very hard to ensure that your package gets to you safely and quickly!
If you need to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the reason for returning the item. Returns will be accepted provided we are notified of the return, the item is unused, has original tags on and packaging. Full refunds can be issued within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt/confirmation email. After 30 days we can no longer offer an exchange/refund/return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer returns on books, helmets, personalized items, or special order items (custom). If you mail your item to us without contacting us first and it is past the 30 day return policy, we will not be issuing you a refund.
Exchanges will be accepted provided the item is unused, and has original tags and packaging. We do not cover the return shipping of the item.
If you are returning the item due to a defect or because you received the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs.
