We want to ensure that you are happy with the quality and fit of the item you purchase from us!

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT STOCK ALL SIZES IN STORE AT ALL TIMES. SOME PRODUCTS MAY BE A SPECIAL ORDER. YOUR ONLINE ORDER MAY TAKE BETWEEN 2-16 WEEKS TO ARRIVE DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.

AS OF DECEMBER 31ST,2025, ANY GIFT CARDS PURCHASED BEFORE JANUARY 1ST, 2024 WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED IN STORE OR ONLINE.

SHIPPING:

Please note that all orders shipped to the United States are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are also responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the order total at checkout.

By placing an order for shipment to the United States, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

RETURNS:

Update - Unfortunately, We can no longer accept returns from US clients, as we are being charged duty on items coming back to us from the USA. All US orders are FINAL SALE. 

If you need to return an item please email tackshoppecollingwood@gmail.com to inform us of the reason for returning the item. Returns will be accepted provided the item is unused, and has original tags and packaging. Full refunds can be issued within 14 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt/confirmation email. After 30 days we can only offer an exchange or credit, no refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer returns on books, personalized items, or special order items (custom).

Exchanges will be accepted provided the item is unused, and has original tags and packaging. We do not cover the return shipping of the item, however we will ship you your new item at our expense.

If you are returning the item due to a defect or because you received the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs.

All Sale items are final no returns or refunds accepted.
